Return & Refund Policy

Due to the hygienic and personal nature of hair extensions and lace products, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for products that have been opened, worn, installed, washed, colored, cut, altered, or otherwise used.

Please review all product details, lengths, textures, quantities, fulfillment status, and shipping information carefully before completing your purchase.

 

Preorder Items

All preorder purchases are final. Preorder orders cannot be canceled, changed, exchanged, or refunded once placed.

 

Incorrect, Damaged, or Defective Items

If you receive an incorrect item, a damaged item, or believe your product has a manufacturing defect, please contact DESTINÉ By Laniya within 48 hours of delivery.

Customers must provide clear photos and/or video of the item and packaging for review. Products must remain unworn, uninstalled, unwashed, uncolored, uncut, unaltered, and in their original condition while the claim is being reviewed. 

Approved claims may be resolved through a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on the circumstances.

DESTINÉ By Laniya reserves the right to deny any return, refund, exchange, cancellation, or claim that does not meet the requirements outlined above.
